Our Psychology Practice
Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. Our Clinic's special interests are in Multiple Births, Parenting and Perinatal Health, Addiction and the Disability Sector.

Our focus is to help individuals, couples and families heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We provide a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. When working with parents or families we work collaboratively to come up with solutions that work for you, that are comfortable for the entire family and easy to put into practice.

Our Therapy
Individual Therapy
We help you throughout all the stages of life from Perinatal and Post-Natal depression and anxiety, to recovering from trauma, accident and illness to retirement.Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you heal, recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Parenting Interventions
We provide assistance with parenting, with experience with multiple births, premature birth, infertility, assisted reproduction, miscarriage and infant loss. Parenting programs are also delivered utilising Triple P Positive Parenting Program and Parents Under Pressure Program.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Supervision
Amanda provides professional supervision for workers in the mental health industry. She is also a registered STAP supervisor of Provisional Psychologists.
